300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
What distinguishes this training from all others:
The schedule has been designed with a realistic view of participant’s busy lives. The pace of the training allows for plenty of personal practice, personal study, and integration of the teachings into daily life, coupled with regular and consistent contact with the teacher and teacher training cohort.
This training is appropriate for all students wanting to take their practice and exploration of Yoga deeper, regardless if they want to use it to teach others or not.
As such, there are two tracks:
- Those interested in earning a 300 hour yoga teaching certification. These practitioners will spend additional time and practice teaching and assisting others.
- Those interested in focusing on deepening their own practice. Though, if a person changes their mind and desires to work towards the certificate in the future, this should be able to happen relatively smoothly.
Students will have the attention of one teacher and will develop strong relationships with a small cohort of fellow students. Most YTT programs rely on large numbers of students and many teachers—which may work for some, but can result in a lack of depth. Larger scale training studios run the risk of functioning as a yoga teacher factory and money-making venture and less as a way for individuals to take a deeper dive and develop personal connection over a longer period with the teacher and fellow students. Monthly 1:1 conversation with the teacher is a unique and enriching aspect of this training.
For this training, there is a requirement to develop/maintain daily practice of 45 minutes minimum (suggested 30 minutes asana, 15 minutes meditation). This commitment to daily home practice is a mandatory part of the training. Indeed, if a student’s daily practice falls off, the expectation is that they will be forthright and voluntarily bow out of the training. At that point, the cost for the program will simply be prorated for the portion that has been completed, meaning a partial refund will be issued if the student had paid ahead. Both the strict requirement and the partial refund are completely unheard of for yoga teacher trainings, and do include an inherent risk to the teacher’s income. Please understand this requirement and commit to it mentally, emotionally, and practically.
Certification Details
All participants must have completed their YTT 200 hour training – it is not necessary to have completed this with Ti; any 200 hour training is sufficient. Regular daily practice is strongly recommended to begin when the applicant decides to submit their application, if it is not already a consistant practice.
Global Online Yoga Association (GOYA) 300-hour training certification available for participants who complete all requisites.

Student Reviews for
Go Deep 200-Hour training
This training is ideal for anyone who wants to deepen their yoga practice, learn a lot more about the multifaceted world and history of yoga, and in turn responsibly share that knowledge and practice with others. This training is also ideal for anyone who wants to learn more about how to lead by example, how to develop awareness both on and off the mat, and how to become not just a better teacher but also a better student. If you want to participate in a training that is equal parts challenging and empowering, rigorous and flexible, then this is the training for you!
This training has completely changed the way I approach yoga, my body, my self, and my life-all for the better. I learned skills that changed my life on and off the mat, and had a safe, supportive, productive environment in which to practice, and process what I was learning, no only about yoga but also about myself. I took this training because I wanted to become an awesome yoga teacher to myself at least, and from there maybe teach others. Through this training I’ve become not only a better yoga teacher for myself and others, but also a better friend, companion, and care-giver for myself…all of which are things that once I improved them for myself easily translated into improving them in my relationships with others.
I would encourage anyone who wants to start really living to take this course, regardless of whether you want to teach or not. You cannot possibly come out the other side the same person with the same eyes. It creates the space in your own soul to evolve and visit unknown places in your heart all with a guiding light of kindness, wisdom and compassion. Once you begin that journey you will never be able to turn back and no matter what you find-good or bad-you will not seek to return to your starting point.
