Learn to live in harmony with Nature
Qigong translates to “vitality cultivation”. It is the practice of “feeling more alive!” Join Dr Sinéad Corrigan, licensed acupuncturist and Doctor of Chinese medicine for a weekly one hour qigong + yin yoga class to cultivate relaxation, freedom, and joy in body and mind. Class will be focused according to the seasons – learn to live in harmony with Nature by listening deeply to the body and attuning to your environment. Class may include seated, standing, and laying down forms of visualization + meditation, stretching, as well as gentle meditative movement. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Suggested Donation
Suggested sliding scale donation 20-30; no one will be turned away for lack of funds, and any amount less than the sliding scale is also welcomed.
About Sinéad
Sinéad is a Universal Healing Tao qigong instructor and 4x certified yoga instructor. She has been teaching somatic movement for 15+ years. She is also a doctor of acupuncture and Chinese medicine (licensed in North Carolina, Hawaii, and Florida), and holds a BA from UNC in the Biophysics of Preventative Medicine (interdisciplinary Studies). She holds a monthly community acupuncture clinic in Chapel Hill at the Yoga Shala, and sees private patients in both Chapel Hill and Cary at the Flourish Center for Somatic Healing. Sinéad teaches qigong, yoga, and dance both in person and online through her on demand platform. She is also a practitioner of Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhism, and non-Shiva Tantra.
