This vigorous yoga practice links breath to movement as you build a series of postures focused on cultivating strength, endurance and flexibility in your mind, body, and spirit. Please arrive early to secure your spot. 5 minutes of sitting meditation in the beginning of class, physical adjustments offered if wanted.
