Yoga for Every{body}

This series will provide a safe space for bodies of all shapes and sizes to practice yoga and inward-kindness. Using our breath, movement and awareness we will work towards the intention of creating a more positive relationship with ourselves on and off the mat.  This series is designed with curvy bodies in mind and is a good fit for people new to yoga and those that already have a gentle practice. This class will be a closed series to provide safety and continuity to students. When: Monday evenings 5:45-7pm for 10 weeks. Begins April 1st. No class Easter 4/22 and Memorial Day 5/27.
Donation Scale: $140-$200 for the series
What to bring: A yoga mat {there will be some to borrow, too!} and some water.
What to wear: Your most comfortable clothes that allow you to move

Suggested donation for a mini series is $55-$80
Fall series: 8 weeks, October 21-December 16th (no class on 12/2)–
Suggested donation $110-$160
After that, we’ll get back to 10 week series in January– starting January 13!
