Yoga for Appreciation

6:00 – 7:10 pm Thursdays, starting 5/23

In this meditative, slow-flow yoga class, we will work together to foster a sense of appreciation for ourselves and for the world around us. Classes will feature readings from the works of Mary Oliver and other teachers, and a chance for meditation and movement around a related theme.

This is a slow flow style class, with some longer holds in static postures, and beginner-friendly, back to basics style instruction.
