8 Week Series: Wind and Unwind
A gentle evening series open to all. Part vinyasa, part pranayama and closing with a soothing guided shavasana meditation. We will focus on the breath in various forms: within asana & vinyasa and pranayama. Will be adapted/instructed to meet each student where they are in their practice. For those who seek it, this series will also encourage and support students to develop their own regular daily practice.
When: Monday evenings 7:15-8:30 pm for 8 weeks. Begins March 25th.
Donation Scale: $80-$160 for the series
