7:30 am Wednesday morning class Level 2
5:30 pm Wednesday All-levels breath-led Asana

Level 1 Krishnamacharya-inspired, breath-led Asana with short Philosophy introduction on the 8 Limbs of Yoga and mindful practice (on and off the mat). Please come with questions before and after class.

Level 2 is for students who know their limits and can modify postures appropriately for their own body, followed with optional pranayama and meditation.
