8:30: Level 1 Krishnamacharia inspired, breath led Asana with short Philosophy introduction on the 8 Limbs of Yoga and mindful practice (on and off the mat). Please come with questions before and after class.

10:30: Level 2 for students who know their limits and can modify postures appropriately for their own body, followed with optional pranayama and meditation.
