Loving Kindness Yoga School

Loving Kindness Yoga School intends to be guided by Amma, the “Hugging Saint” and inspired by all True Masters to be a healing, calming and nurturing space in which it is easy to feel the Love of the Infinite and to drop into the Silence of Being.

Based on loving kindness, service and devotion to Something Greater than the seemingly isolated little self, and stressing practice on the mat and the meditation cushion to know oneself and to more fully live in love and service to all, Loving Kindness Yoga School seeks to nurture what is highest and most good in its teachers and students while acknowledging and understanding human imperfections as grist for the mill and as opportunities for cultivating humility.

Loving Kindness Yoga School is a place to LEARN yoga, the Real Yoga, that happens on your own mat in your own space by yourself and is lived in your own daily life. Our hope is that your own practice of yoga be fruitful and bring peace of heart to you and everyone you meet.

Instruction and guidance and shared learning in hatha yoga (yoga on the mat using primarily body, breath and attention) and bhakti yoga (yoga of devotion and Divine Love).

Guided by Ti Harmony’s years of practice in hatha yoga and the yoga of devotion, Loving Kindness Yoga School aims at practicing and teaching yoga in an atmosphere of love, of kindness, of introspection and acceptance and tolerance while balancing respect for all with sensible boundaries and rules of conduct, all aimed at the ultimate goal of yoga and Life, that being to truly know ourselves, to come to a deep, wordless realization of our True Nature/True Self/God, and then to live from That and be of service in the world.
